Translator Keyboard App Reviews

Im trying to learn Portuguese these days so I decided to download this app, to train a bit. This idea of keyboard is extremely smart. I love it. But I did pay the app quite a bit so I have a few things I would like solved. I think the keyboard is really slow and not responsive so its really disturbing. I type MUCH slower then I do with the normal apple keyboard. Please please please fix this.... And you should use the same police as the apple one, it feels nice to type with capital letters. You type more efficiently.

This app is very good! The keyboard is a little small, different if compare with iOS keyboard and the response isnt so fast but can translate perfectly and is indispensable! I recommend!!!

You have to switch to a normal keyboard to edit what you write. It seems not to auto correct. By accident I put tok and meant took but the translator took it as tok. To edit it I had to switch to the normal keyboard to delete the word then go back and add it. Other than that sweet keyboard.

The autocorrect feat not as good when you write in spanish and when you try to erase a bad translation you cant from the keyboard, keep it foward this is a great idea.

Besides the fact I cannot backspace, this apps seems pretty useful.

Perfect for sending messages. Would be great if it could translate incoming messages. Also is a bit lagging when typing and is difficult to type at times. Also speech to text mode would be a great addition.

The functionality looks really cool but it might not be ready for prime it takes way too long to translate. It went into offline mode but I was connected to a working wifi network. Not ready for primetime

If you want competent machine-translation of what you write, this is a really cool way to do it. The only problem is the keyboard itself. It seems to fail to register any keystroke when you tap slightly in between rows or keys, making for a very rough typing experience. Youll tap away at a word like "pedestrian" and it might only pick up "pedan" if you havent tapped in the perfectly correct position. The iOS keyboard has been training us into ignoring such placement errors for so long that its hard to be more careful now with a new keyboard. Other 3rd party keyboards seem to suffer from this problem much less, so Im hopeful itll be fixed eventually. Until then, its still a great way to generate other-language text on the fly.

I tried this software but not working it shows loading but I waited for 5 minutes no result Just waste my 1.99 $

I give it 3 stars because it is a great idea and has potential. However at the time of this review it does not work. It gets stuck "loading" the translation. I also agree with that its very difficult to type since Im used to predictive texting. Please fix so I can use this awesome keyboard!!!

not sport to start in arabic

This is perfect. I use for translate to persian but this app have just translate en to persian not persian to en Perfect

This keyboard is very unresponsive and there is no way to delete text once it is already typed outside of the keyboard!

All a translator has to do is translate. This like others have said is a good idea but being first to the market with a broken app doesnt make you the best. I type what I want to translate. 5 mins later it returns the same thing. Awful! I will be disputing my credit charges!

There is a learning curve with this keyboard. Im reading several reviews that it doesnt work, but I think its that the reviewers may not know how to use it. It is not straight forward like other keyboards. You must first select your languages by swiping the bar on top of the keys. Then you type your message and it displays it in a preview area. After you have typed what you want, you click on the translate button on the bottom right corner of the keyboard and then it will post it to the text message. Its not perfect, but its very promising.
